Assignment overview
US Staffing Pros is seeking experienced interventional radiologic technologists for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The expected schedule is approximately 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating call. Minimum qualifications
- Graduate of an interventional radiology or radiologic technology program accredited by JRCERT.
- Current ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- At least two years of interventional-radiology experience.
- Ability to commute to Bethesda or relocate before the assignment begins.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain interventional-radiology equipment in collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff.
- Prepare patients and explain pre- and post-procedure expectations.
- Support diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures under applicable clinical and safety protocols.
- Provide age-appropriate procedural support and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality-assurance and patient-safety activities.
Compensation and benefits
$70 per hour plus the applicable health-and-welfare stipend. Reported benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Eligibility and final terms are confirmed by a recruiter.
